Answers to commonly asked questions:
Q: When can I pick up my pie?
A: Pie pickup is Wednesday, November 27th from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. Your pickup location is the one you selected at checkout. An email confirmation of your order and the details of the pickup location will be/has been emailed to you on Monday.
Q: Can I change my pickup location?
A: Unfortunately, it is too late to do so. If you try to pick up your pie at a location other than what is on your email confirmation, you will not be able to do so.
Q: Can I change my pie flavor?
A: Unfortunately, we’re not able to change that at this time.
Q: Can someone else pickup my pie(s) for me.
A: Absolutely! Once they arrive at the pickup location they can give the first and last name of the person on the order.
Q: What happens if I’m unable to pick up my pie within that time frame or on that day?
A: Your pie will be donated to a local charity. We’re unable to hold on to pies for pickup on another day. No exceptions.
Q: I picked my pie up and it’s not looking great. Can I get another one?
A: We will try to accommodate another pie but can’t guarantee that one will be in stock. You can contact pie@mamaskitchen.org to make other arrangements with our pie team.
Q: Can I request a refund if I change my mind?
A: We are unable to offer a refund, but you can gift your pie to a friend or we can turn your purchase to a full donation amount and use your pie for someone else.
Q: How do I know who baked my pie?
A: It’s on the inside of your pie box! Look for a red heart underneath the logo of the baker who made your delicious pie. And show them some love!
